• Warrior Queen •
This collection is inspired by one of the most heroic female figures in British history, a Celtic Queen who led a revolt against Roman conquerors in my home county of East Anglia and almost changed the fate of Britain forever: Boudicca.
Hares were sacred animals to Celts who considered them to be supernatural creatures with links to the Otherworld due to their highly perceptive and agile personalities
These Celtic Hare Medallions were intended to be similar but not the same. They both feature a handmade triskele at their center which symbolises life, death, and rebirth. Around the triskele are three hares chasing each other in rotational symmetry, with three rose-cut garnets in between. They are surrounded by rustic textured square wire.
They hang from 18" sterling silver oval-link chains. If you need an extender added on please email me immediately after checkout. I have limited chain left in stock so I'll try my best to accommodate!
Composed of .999 fine and .925 sterling silver.
Pendant face measures 36x36mm
Handmade using traditional metalsmithing techniques.
